Residential conveyancing services start from £995.00+VAT for a sale or purchase and average £1095+VAT.

  • Property Searches (These vary depending on your location) – average fee £280
  • Pre-completion searches including Bankruptcy and Priority Search – £3 Priority Search (per title) and £2 Bankruptcy search (per name)
  • Land Registration Fee (average electronic submission) – £150

  • Stamp Duty (average at £250,000 purchase price) – £2,500
